What is the Retreat Boat ?

We have2 luxurious boats moored in Darthaven Marina immediately opposite Dartmouth on the River Dart. One is a 40' Motor Boat and the other a 40' Sailing Boat.

Both are kitted out for the ultimate in luxury, with TV/DVD etc etc, you rent them in exactly the same manner as you would a holiday cottage and you don't need to be at all boaty!

Both our Retreat Boats have full central heating so make ideal boats for winter breaks!

Some great advantages over a holiday cottage, ever window has stunning River Views and you get to use a small boat, a tender, free of charge for the whole of your stay. They are very good value to stay on, and both sleep 6 people in comfort. All linen and towels are provided. A welcome food pack is ready for you on arrival. (bread, butter, eggs, bacon, milk, condiments, mineral water, tea, coffee and sugar.)

What a wonderful idea for a Birthday, a Honeymoon, and Anniversary or other special occasion.

You can book for a minimum of 2 nights, so you can do the weekend thing.

It's also such great fun, and that's before you've taken the boat anywhere.

We can arrange trips for you, and our skipper will come on board and take you wherever you want to go (weather permitting), but this is entirely up to you.

All our Skippers are also Instructors so if you fancy some tuition whilst on board and want to have a go, feel free.

When you get to your destination and are safely moored, the Skipper, gets off the boat and leaves you in peace for some quality time with your family, loved ones or freinds!!
